BlackBerry launches PlayBook OS 2.0

People will now be able to download Research In Motion's updated BlackBerry PlayBook, the company has announced.
The new software will offer an enhanced tablet experience and allows people to use the PlayBook in many different ways throughout the day be it at work or in your leisure time.
People that download this update will be able to get their hands on a number of new applications including a range of Android apps that can run on the BlackBerry PlayBook.
David J Smith, Senior Vice President of Mobile Computing at Research In Motion, said the wide-ranging app and content support will make for a great user experience.
"Building on the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet's proven web browsing, multimedia and multitasking strengths, the new BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 introduces a range of new communications and productivity enhancements," he continued.
The PlayBook has struggled to compete with the likes of iPads since being introduced into the market because if its lack of email system.
