LG has unveiled plans to launch one of the most anticipated LTE devices, the Optimus Vu: at this month's Mobile World Congress 2012.
The new device will be equipped with LG's advanced LTE and IPS display technology, which helps offer a unique combination of tablet-like viewing with smartphone portability.
It will be run on a powerful 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 32 GM internal memory and a large 2,080 mAh battery.
Optimus Vu: has a large five-inch display, with bright 4:3 aspect ratio, which aids in viewing documents, books, internet and multimedia contents.
"The Optimus Vu: was designed to maximise what customers could do with a smartphone [and] is just one example of what we can achieve when we combine our best technology with customer needs," Dr Jong-seok Park, president and chief executive officer of LG Mobile Communications Company said.
This year's Mobile World Congress 2012 is due to take place at Barcelona and will offer many exhibitions and networking opportunities for people attending from February 27th to March 1st.
