24/05/2012
Sony Network Entertainment has announced that its Music Unlimited service application will be available in the App Store for iPhones and iPod Touches on Friday (May 25th).
By downloading the free app, subscribers will be able to access the service's list of millions of tunes whenever and wherever they are.
The iPhone and iPod Touch are the latest additions to the growing list of companies that are compatible with the Music Unlimited service including the PlayStation 3, as well as all Android tablets and mobile phones.
Music Unlimited was launched in December 2010 and now reaches a total of 16 countries worldwide.
President of Sony Network Entertainment Tim Schaaff said bringing the iPhone and iPod Touch to the service further underlines the company's commitment to bringing low-cost music to as many people as possible.
"With the proliferation of connected devices, consumers expect complete access to their digital entertainment and demand a consistent experience regardless of the device," he continued.
