Our price promise guarantees you receive the full price quoted for your sale provided it meets our Terms & Conditions of Supply.

Once we receive your phone or device, if we find they do not meet our Terms & Conditions of Supply and the order value needs to be amended, we will email you a revised offer for your approval. If you are not completely satisfied with the revised offer, you can request to have the revised phone or device returned to you FREE of charge.

Revised orders will be automatically processed for payment if you do not reply to our revised offer email within 7 days. Price promise does not apply to blocked (registered lost/stolen) phones or devices.

Payment in 48hrs

We at Mazuma Mobile believe you should get paid as much as possible, as quick as possible!

To make sure this is always the case, we promise to make payment within 48 working hours* from receipt of your phone(s).

48hr Payment promise is subject to orders meeting our Terms & Conditions of Supply.

*Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once you have placed an online sell order, we will post you a welcome pack which includes a freepost bag and posting instructions. We offer various posting options which include two FREE of charge services.

For orders of 10 or more handsets, we offer a FREE of charge courier collection service.

Free postage and collection services are only available from Australia.
