Each mobile phone or device should:
• Turn on and off
• Be fully functional (Normal cosmetic wear and tear is acceptable)
• Have a working screen (touch screens must not be cracked)
• Include its battery (you can keep memory card, charger, etc)
• Not water-damaged
• Be intact - not crushed or snapped in half
Faulty examples: Water damaged, Broken/bleeding LCD (screen), blank display, no power up, faulty/cracked touch screen, etc

Your cheque will be made payable to the name registered in your Mazuma account and can be banked into any Australian bank that you hold an account with.
This sounds a bit complicated but it really isn't.
A Serial number consists of 11 or 12 alphanumeric characters and is unique to each and every device.
You'll usually find it printed on the back of the device.
