Each mobile phone or device should:
• Turn on and off
• Be fully functional (Normal cosmetic wear and tear is acceptable)
• Have a working screen (touch screens must not be cracked)
• Include its battery (you can keep memory card, charger, etc)
• Not water-damaged
• Be intact - not crushed or snapped in half
Faulty examples: Water damaged, Broken/bleeding LCD (screen), blank display, no power up, faulty/cracked touch screen, etc

Your cheque will be made payable to the name registered in your Mazuma account and can be banked into any Australian bank that you hold an account with.

The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number is a 15 digit serial number unique to each and every phone and 3G enabled device. You'll usually find it printed on the back of the device. Most IMEI numbers begin with 01, 35 or 98.
