One expert has spoken out about the various aspects that make the new Blackberry Curve 8520 an attractive purchase.
In news that may prove encouraging to those looking to sell mobilephones they no longer need in order to pay for a new smartphone, a spokesman for Trigcom said the gadget was “powerful and user-friendly”.
The comments of Jan Hatlebrekke, who is the purchasing manager for the operator, followed Research In Motion’s (RIM) announcement that the device would be made available in Norway on the network.
He noted the 8520 “will appeal to a wide range of both retail and business customers. The dedicated multimedia keys, trackpad and easy media sharing are especially attractive features to our customers”.
RIM added the idea behind the latest entry in the BlackBerry Curve line up is to provide a handset that is designed for “people who like to be connected”, as it provides easy access to email, messaging and social networking.
The 8520 is available in the UK on Orange, O2 and T Mobile.
