Those recycling mobile phones to buy a stylish and functional new model may be interested recent comments from Research In Motion (RIM).
A spokesman for the firm said this week that its current line of BlackBerry devices incorporate both of these qualities, as well as the ability to keep people in touch with friends, family and colleagues.
Mark Guibert, vice-president of corporate marketing for RIM, said the firm had developed a wide selection of models that address a host of consumer requirements.
“BlackBerry smartphones are the right choice for people seeking stylish smartphones with advanced, easy-to-use features that can help them stay connected, productive and entertained,” he explained.
His comments followed the launch of the BlackBerry Curve 8900 in Malawi – as part of a partnership with Zain and Emitac Mobile Solutions.
This particular model is available in the UK on a number of tariffs from carriers including T Mobile and Orange.
