Although a lot of leaks surrounding HTC have been about the upcoming flagship mobile phone, another, more budget-friendly, device from the company has now stolen the limelight.
According to the Japanese Blog of Mobile, the HTC Desire 310 appeared on the manufacturer's own website. The Taiwanese company leaked the smartphone on its official site, which outed a lot of details about the budget-friendly quad-core handset.
Although HTC quickly took the webpage down, the Japanese website managed to get some of the details before it was pulled.
From the leak, it appears the HTC Desire 310 will sport a 4.5-inch display, quad-core processor with performance recorded at 1.3 GHz, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot. It will also feature a five-megapixel camera on the back and a VGA front-facing shooter. The smartphone will also run Android 4.2.2 and be powered by a decent 2,000 mAh battery.
With the Mobile World Congress (MWC) just around the corner, it's fairly likely that the HTC Desire 310 could make its debut appearance.
