Mobile recycling could be an option worth considering for parents who wish to ensure that their child is using their device safely.
An agreement between Motorola and Bipper Communications aims to help parents manage their child’s approved number list and monitor how and when the mobile is used via an “easy-to-use” portal website.
Mother-of-three and founder and chief executive officer of Bipper Communications Silje Vallestad, suggested she hoped to create a web-based interface where it was possible to alternate the settings for her child’s mobile phone.
She said: “This vision led to the creation of Bipper Communication and Motorola’s iSIM platform is the key to realising our vision.”
Motorola’s long-time market reputation for providing mobile services worldwide ensures she is totally confident in their ability to deliver the service.
Selling an old mobile with Mazuma could provide consumers with cash to put towards a new handset.
