Many firms have been releasing their quarterly financial reports and mobile phone manufacturer Samsung is one of them.
The South Korean company has revealed a very profitable quarter but the company has warned that the next few months may not be as successful.
It announced a profit of AU$7.55 billion and the Samsung Galaxy S4 has definitely been the driving force of these profits. Although the sales are expected to remain strong, the firm expects it to slow throughout Q3.
According to a report by Strategy Analytics, Samsung has even managed to overtake Apple as the most profitable mobile phone manufacturer in the world.
The company says it plans to concentrate on “differentiated smartphone displays,” which potentially means Samsung will be further pursuing flexible displays among other unknown technology.
