Compared to the Nokia’s Nseries, the W995 proves itself a “capable Walkman” and the analysis stated it outshines most other music phones in its class, while the speakers on both the top and bottom are as “loud and as full of sound” as can be hoped for.
“Since it isn’t a smartphone, Sony Ericsson can keep a clean menu design in a way that Nokia cannot,” the reviewer added.
However, it is suggested the 8.1-megapixel camera is “overkill” and the image quality fails to compete with Nokia’s best offerings.
