Mobile shoppers who like to use Twitter while on the go may be interested in a new handset from INQ.
The manufacturer said the phone could be an essential purchase for those who frequently log on to the micro blogging site as not only does it provide fast access to the portal, it also boasts a full qwerty keyboard.
In addition, the INQ Chat 3G is equipped for easy access to social networking facilities like Facebook, as well as instant messaging, mapping and email options from the likes of Yahoo! and Google.
The firm noted it has been able to keep the device at an affordable level but, for those recycling mobile phones shopping for something even cheaper, it will also release the INQ Mini 3G.
Frank Meehan, chief executive officer of the group, said: “We have completely broken the vice grip hold that high-end smartphones had on great mobile internet experiences and made them available to everybody.”
The INQ1, one of the firm’s previous Skype-enabled phones, is currently available on 3 Mobile.
