One of the greatest reasons to trade in a mobile phone and switch to a newer device is to improve access to top web browsing technology.
That is because, in the opinion of one expert at least, enjoying the internet via a mobile is becoming an increasingly popular option.
Rob Thurner, mobile consultant and digital trainer at the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, explained handsets are now often the “preferred route” to the net for many people.
“We have got about 28 per cent of all internet browsing now taking place on a smartphone and if you think about it, it isn't that surprising,” he stated.
Those who wish to join the phenomenon may find it more satisfactory if they do so on one of the latest phones on the market.
One model to have been released to much acclaim recently is the Nokia N9, which features a host of technological aspects including web browsing.
