Selling an old mobile with Mazuma may be something worth considering for consumers who like to travel.
Nokia has revealed that its popular Ovi Maps service is now available to users of the E71 and E66 handsets, which could allow more people to start using the free application.
Those worried about how up to date the app is might be persuaded to give it a try following the recent revelation on the Nokia Conversations blog that it is updated three or four times every year.
This could make Ovi Maps a sensible – and less expensive – option for people who would like to keep their navigation system up to date but avoid the added expense of a separate satellite navigation system.
Devices including the Nokia E72, Nokia N97, Nokia N97 mini, Nokia X6 and Nokia 5800 Navigation Edition can already make use of the mapping service.
A recent survey by Nokia revealed that mobile users are looking forward to next-generation technology being implemented on new handsets.
