The Apple iPad is set to be launched in the UK this Friday (May 28th) and selling an old mobile with Mazuma could provide consumers with cash to put towards the device.
One of the companies offering tariffs for the iPad is 3UK. Marc Allera, sales and marketing director at the company, stated it was “pleased to offer competitive data plans for iPad with Wi-Fi and 3G in the UK”.
As the largest 3G network in the UK it has optimised the device for mobile internet usage, he added.
People could be tempted by the iPad as it allows users to browse the internet, send and read emails, listen to music, read ebooks, watch high-definition videos, play games and share and view photos.
Those already familiar with Apple’s iPhone could be pleased to hear that apps are compatible with the iPad, which may mean that users can tailor the way they use it to their needs.
